2017 – Present, Product Design Consultant & Freelancer
I work directly with clients to deliver quality digital experiences. My services include: research and synthesis, architectural planning, interaction design, visual design, polish, and project management. 

 

Thomas Street
2014 – 2017, Designer
Design, and a dash project management, for a small agile design-build studio. Projects ranged from enterprise web apps to consumer mobile and TV experiences.


Microsoft
2008 – 2014, UX Designer II
I designed experiences that shipped across three Office releases, with emphasis on shared features and Outlook Calendar. Also provided envisioning work for a consumer-oriented family organizer app.


NEST - the home lab
2007 – 2008, Designer/Researcher
Design research and strategy for clients such as Samsung, Johnson & Johnson, and Playtex. Responsibilities included conducting ethnography, data analysis, product concept generation, and deliverable creation.

2006, Design Intern

Designed the mobile experience for a anger management product which leveraged biofeedback. My team was focused on inspiring future thinking and strategy, both across the company and with external partners.
